From here to Roccapalumba, Alia, Montemaggiore Belsito, Aliminusa Cerda ... until you get to legendary stage of the Targa Florio. Breathtaking scenery, wonderful roads, fresh air and sunshine. How to say .. the pleasure of touring to 360 °. Lunch stop at the restaurant Cerda "The Marquis". Appetizers made ​​from local artichokes, cardoons and cheese and then amazing fettucine with wild boar sauce, artichokes and fresh ricotta cheese! Could not miss the dessert, parfait mardorle the house with outflow of hot chocolate and tiramisu! So there we are the spassati great. To digest and finish off the day making a detour to the village of Cefalù with its Norman cathedral and the beautiful beach. Walk on the beach at sunset ... in a magical light.
