"I contacted Heidenau directly to get their technical input on recommended tire pressure for the K60 Scouts on the Tiger 800XC. My rear tire was stamped 36psi Max.
Heidenau advised the following recommended pressures. They said they conducted additional tests which show the 36 psi limit stamp on my tire can be safely exceeded to the numbers below.

Street front rear
solo use 2,3 bar (33psi) 2,7 bar (39psi)
with co-driver 2,4 bar (35psi) 2,9 bar (42psi)
with co-driver and luggage 2,5 bar (36psi) 3,0 bar (44psi)

Off-Road
solo use 1,8 bar (26psi) 2,0 bar (29psi)
with co-driver 2,0 bar (29psi) 2,3 bar (33psi)
with co-driver and luggage 2,2 bar (32psi) 2,5 bar (36psi)"
